Move gameday regular vs pro
Main Post:
Looking to get a pair. I have a couple shoes that already have a carbon fiber shank in them (AE1, Kobe 1 protro etc). Should I avoid the pros with the carbon fiber plate and just stick to the regular ones? Or will stacking them not really matter?
Top Comment: I purchased game days about a month ago and they’ve been a game changer to my Kobe 6s. The reason I went with regular game days because I kept reading that the pro’s have a more rigid plate that is more fit for explosive guys. I’m not that guy. I just needed stability for my plantar fasciitis with solid cushioning. Great buy.
Move Game Day

I swapped out the stock insoles in my Lebron 20’s for a pair of move game days for a couple weeks now. I feel like everytime i play it takes awhile to break in? I need to take them off after every game but generally i have less soreness at the end. Is this normal? This is my first pair of insoles so I’m not sure if theyre a bad fit or if it needs more time. My feet feel a bit crammed inside the shoe with the insoles so i think its making the break in more difficult.
Top Comment: The Move GameDay insoles make the shoe a tighter fit because of the elevated heel , not all shoes are going to work with the gameday and the gameday pro. All feet are different , My Gameday pro dont work great with my Kobe 5 and 6s while the GameDay baseline work well for those shoes for me , while the Baseline doesnt work with my other shoes but the gameday pros do. For me it depends on the shoes , if a shoe has decent enough cushion , then I wouldnt go for the gameday / gameday pro and would instead use the gameday baselines vs a shoe that doesnt have that much cushion I would then use the gameday / gameday pro. Thats my personal experience with the insoles and I have been playing with the gameday pro and baseline for about 2 months now. Your feet also feel less sore after the game because your feet have adjusted to your setup . It might be the breaking in process , I might be wrong but you have to test it out more to know if its actually just need break in or is it your feet adjusting to the shoe setup.
Does anyone have information about gameday? :)

Hello! English is not my first language so l'm sorry if this has some mistakes
So l will be traveling to Dallas voor the homegame on november 3rd, all the way from The Netherlands lol. I want to make the best of my trip and I cannot find everything online or here on Reddit.
The game starts at 7pm, on their website it states that the parking lot will open around 2pm, Litehouse opens at 3pm and the main doors open at 5pm. I am mostly going for the cheerleaders ofcourse so I don't want to miss a thing!
Does their Litehouse performance start at 3pm? Or is it some time later? And when do they perform Thunderstruck if the game starts at 7pm?
Some more questions I got are: • We have tickets for section 408, is it easy to get there? It's all the way at the top of the stadium so l'm scared that it is going to be one hell of a job to get there. • Am I allowed to take a small handbag with me? Like a Michael Kors crossbody or something like that? I saw online that you have to take a clear bag but I saw videos of people with small purses. • Is it better for us to take a Uber to the stadium of should we go by car?
I need to ease my mind and know what l'm walking in to! Thank you in advance!
Top Comment: If you do plan to drive, make sure to buy a parking pass in advance.
When game day comes out (if ever) it's going to look amazing!

Top Comment: Honestly....that doesn't look very good to me. Sharp contrasting colors or something that just makes the graphics look very unrealistic to me.
Game Day Pro or are there any more options for 60 or under for flat foot?
Main Post:
I have already tried the Game Day because that is what most YouTubers recommended but I still find my flat foot to hurt after practice. I currently use LeBron 20 and KD15.
Top Comment: Well I think the game days are to improve performance not necessarily for comfort. If you have a flat foot and the insole is forcing your foot into these positions, you're probably going to continue to have discomfort until your feet change. Honestly, search up FootDoctorZach on YouTube. I think he's an actual orthopedist and he's made videos about shoe insoles before. He'll have the answer you're looking for.
Wake up, it's game day!

It's a pleasant 30 degrees and snowing here in South Bend. Notre Dame fans are everywhere and College Gameday is fixing to kick off in a couple hours. Get your tailgating gear together and get ready to head down to the stadium, there's an entire days worth of festivities ahead.
Top Comment: I’m so fucking excited for today. Meeting my five best ND buddies (Herculean effort as we’re spread out across the country and all have wives and young kids), my dad and my brother. Tailgating from noon - 8. Then game time. Irish by a million. It’s fucking Indiana. Get serious. They’re good, especially for Indiana, but they are a bunch of James Madison transfers and a first time P4 coach. On the road. At night. They’re not stopping Leonard, love, price... and if they sell out, Mitchell Evans over the top. Let’s go.
Can someone explain what’s the big deal with having College GameDay on campus?
Main Post:
I have pretty much zero knowledge of college football, but for a second, it feels like the hype is happening right on campus. Everyone’s going wild, there’s all this buzz, and I’m just sitting here wondering... why? What’s so special about College GameDay? Is it just because it’s on TV, or is there more to it? Help a clueless person out
Top Comment: College game day picks one college a week to do the premier college football news program from and has been doing this for decades now. There are 16 games a year so only 16 colleges are selected a year and many times the same college's are selected year after year because the "big game" of the week is being held at their stadium. So for a college that isn't a football powerhouse to be selected is kind of a big deal. I remember when they came to Utah for the first time, we camped out overnight to be there when they kicked off at 4AM or so. It's a chance for Cal to highlight the school, the campus and just have a good time. Even if you aren't a football fan, I'd suggest at least stopping by to check it out. Should be quite the party.
Move Insoles Game Day Pro - First Wear Initial Impressions & Questions
Main Post:
I just bought a pair of Game Day Pro insoles and I'm curious of what to expect moving forward.
On initial wear, I slid them into a pair my running/walking/casual shoe - New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080v13. As the shoe itself is very well-cushioned, the first thing I noticed was the pressure in my arches right away. During the day, I ran some errands to the mall walking around to attempt breaking in the insoles for about an hour. Later in the night, I slid the insoles into a pair of basketball shoes - Anta Shockwave 5 Pro - to play some pickup for about an hour or so. Again, the arch support was incredibly noticeable and at times felt uncomfortable. I assume they are just in the process of breaking in. Then after cooling down from playing, I was experiencing pain between my arches and big toe (ball of the foot) in both feet.
- Is this normal? Can I assume the pain is from the insoles correcting my foot alignment?
- When can I expect the pain/discomfort to subside?
- What are some ways I can better break in the insoles?
- Will the pressure on my arches stay consistent? I'm not sure I realized how flat footed I actually am until wearing the insoles.
- I plan on rotating these insoles into my casual 9-5 work shoes, running shoes and basketball shoes. Any tips or things to avoid in this approach?
- I am completely open and receptive to any feedback or to anything else I may have missed.
- What are some of your guys' experience with these insoles?
For context, I am a 27-year-old "casual" hooper. With that being said, I probably play about 3 to 4 times a week for maybe an hour or 2 on average. Playing basketball since I was 4 years old and more intensely from age 11 to 18, you can guess that I've accumulated my fair share of injuries - ankle and knee sprains (some pretty bad sprains, but fortunately nothing major or too severe in my estimation). I bought these insoles because I understand that I am getting older, and my body is not holding up as it used to when I was younger. Nor am I the athlete I once was lol. I am a 9-5 slave and basketball is now just a hobby I enjoy passionately with aspirations to continue playing into my later years. I have played in numerous pairs of basketball shoes in my life and not once have I ever changed out the stock insoles.
*Edit - My intention with investing in these insoles were for long-term foot health and comfort - enhanced foot alignment, pain relief, injury prevention, improved balance, etc. - while paying a fraction of the cost I would have paid for custom orthotics. I am also completely aware that a one-size-fits-all orthotics may not yield all of these benefits.
After having slid the insoles into my casual walking/running shoes for the past 36 hours wearing them to work and taking a few walks around my neighborhood:
- The post-wear pain has evolved into average soreness, especially between my arches and big toes.
- The pressure on my arches has decreased or maybe my foot is just getting used to the insoles? However, there's still noticeable persistent pressure which may not necessarily be a bad thing because it's not exactly hurting and I'm not feeling any sort of discomfort. It just feels like a small ball underneath my arch.
Top Comment: My pain never subsided, paid a lot for those and I downgraded to normal Move Game Days instead of Pros, much happier.
